The Guru Story

Here at Guru, we're all about family. Our kids and grandkids are the inspiration behind Guru's creation.

Like most parents, we struggled to find digital content for our kids that we were truly happy with. There are plenty of educational sites on the web, but our kids spend enough time with digital learning. And there are some fun apps that capture their attention, but they’re not safe for our kids and provide no educational value, turning our bright little learners into screen zombies. 

So... What's a parent to do?

We created Guru to be a compromise between how kids want to spend their screen time and how we parents want to optimize it.
